Any personal data that you volunteer to Space For Change, if retained, may be held on our cloud-based file hosting service, on our web/email provider’s system, or on Eventbrite or other such third party services as are necessary to manage our data and provide a professional service to you. These service providers are responsible for adhering to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Any records from 1:1 conversations and coaching interactions are held as handwritten notes referenced only by an individual code allocated to you by the individual / coach with whom you share information. Your file, which may also contain any psychometric reports and these usually have your name on them, is retained in a secure location, save when it is in use.
The nature of the Internet is such that we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us via the Internet. No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. However, we will take all reasonable steps (including appropriate technical and organisational measures) to protect your personal data.

Personal data is data that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you and may include, for example, your name, address or e-mail address or emails, notes, contracts, invoices, etc. that specify your name or can be identified as relating to you.
Space For Change does not collect any personal data about you from this website, apart from information that you volunteer (for example by e-mailing us or by completing any on-line forms or physical application forms).

We minimise the level of data that we collect and retain and we review data held on a six monthly basis to consider if it is still required.
We delete and/or destroy securely the following within 6 months of completion of an intervention (training, coaching, etc)
We retain records of contracts, invoices, receipts, book-keeping, bank account payments, etc. for a period as required by the Revenue Commissioners or as deemed appropriate in the specific circumstance.
We reserve the right to change the above retention period if, for example, our professional accrediting bodies require a longer retention period.
Personal contact details may be retained and used (only by or on behalf of Space For Change) unless you ask us to delete such records or desist from sending certain communications.

You may inform us of any changes in your personal data and, in accordance with our obligations under the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003 (the “DPA”), we will update or delete your personal data accordingly.
